Functional Flow
Haley's signature class offers silly, creative opportunities to practice functional movement patterns that support long-term, sustainable mobility. Enjoy thoughtful flows designed to warm and prep the body for expansive full-range explorations into deep squats, full body twists, and big back bends. Expect to roll, wiggle, and laugh your way through a full body flow designed to keep you moving for the long-term. Every class is different!
Prior yoga and exercise experience is recommended.
