Our bodies store physical, mental, and emotional energy that can feel…really overwhelming. Our goal is to hold space for the process, for the big feelings, and for the journey itself. It’s okay if things feel hard, it’s okay to face challenge, and it’s more than okay to live freely inside your body. Whether you’d like to build muscle, develop mobility, learn to handstand, or just experience something new, we’re here with you.
Here’s how we do it:
Everything starts with a free virtual consultation. This is your chance to meet your trainer and to discuss all things you! We’ll chat about your training goals, hopes + dreams, and establish a grounded approach to personal training that supports you, your specific body, and your life.
Then, we schedule your first training session. We can meet and train in-person or virtually via Zoom. Your first session will include a movement assessment, a workout designed specifically for you, and plenty of time to explore what it means to move your body.
After your first training session, your trainer will create a movement program fully customized for you, your body, and your lifestyle. You’ll receive a complete exercise program, nutrition counseling, and plenty of support and encouragement. And the best part? Your trainer will be with you every step of the way!
In between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity for self work. This is your chance to practice self care and implement your growing skills in the real world. You’ll be able to see how it feels to move, to breathe, and to take care of yourself while also staying actively engaged in…everything else.

We offer personalized programming that is tailored specifically for you, your lifestyle, your goals, and your body. Each program includes one weekly personal training session with your coach, a fully fleshed and designed exercise program complete with reference videos, weight recommendations, progress analytics, nutrition support, and check-ins with your trainer!
30 Day Program: $500
60 Day Program: $850 (save 15%)
90 Day Program: $1200 (save 20%)
